Terms & Conditions

  • Wunderbar will deliver and set up kegs of beer and the equipment listed overleaf and will return to collect the equipment and empty kegs.(unless a specific other arrangement is made) in return for you, the customer, paying the specified charges.
  • The equipment belongs to Wunderbar and must be returned in perfect condition. You will forfeit your deposit and may be charged the balance of the value of the equipment which is damaged by willfull negligent act, or stolen, while in your care.
  • BEER CAN SPILL WHEN DISPENSED FROM KEGS. You are responsible for selecting a safe & suitable location for kegs and equipment. Wunderbar are not responsible for any damage to carpets , furniture or any property from spills.
  • You may not interfere or move the equipment (unless expressly agreed). Wunderbar is not responsible for any damage or injury caused to persons by moving of kegs or equipment or failure to follow any instructions of the Wunderbar delivery team.
  • Wunderbar are not responsible for the actions of people at your party, this includes falling over drunk, slipping on spilt beer (see above) and breakages to your property.
  • All equipment will be set up and left in proper working order sufficient to your order. If equipment fails due to tampering of equipment by customers a call out charge of 30 euro will be incurred to repair same.
  • Delivery may include one keg on a sale or return basis. This keg if untapped can be supplied at a charge of 20 euro. If the keg is tapped then the full price of the keg must be paid.
  • If you have an unfinished keg after your party it may be possible to leave equipment with you for additional days, however an extra charge may be made. ONCE A KEG HAS BEEN TAPPED IT MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL EVEN IF IT IS NOT FINISHED!!!!!!!
  • BEER IS SUPPLIED FOR PRIVATE CONSUMPTION ONLY AND MAY NOT BE RE-SOLD.
