• Q.1 - (Bavaria & Rostocker) My beer is not cold enough and there is too much head?
• Using the beer fridges we advise for best quality to connect and allow to cool 12 hours before dispensing.
• Q.2 - (Bavaria & Rostocker) My beer flows very fast and with result a lot of head?
• We advise that the beer is pulled with the glass held at a 45 deg. Angle and the pressure should be set between 1 – 1.2 bar. High pressure will result in a lot of foaming and it is also possible that the first few pints may take longer to settle than when the beer is constant flowing.
• Q.3 - How often should my beer cooler be cleaned?
• For best hygienic and beer tasting results we advise a complete cleaning of lines every 2 weeks and also after every usage a good wipe.
• Q.4 - How long does my gas bottle last?
• Two sizes are available depending on what you have purchased. The 0.5 kg should be sufficient for a minimum of 90 litres beer. The 1.5 kg is sufficient for 270 litres of beer.
• Q.5 - How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
• All products will be delivered within 10 working days from date of order. We ensure our customers that we will endeavour to deliver as promptly as possible.
• Q.6 - If problems arise who and when can I contact?
